Effective July 1, 2023, all current and newly hired Postdoctoral employees, regardless of the position title, must be hired at or increased to the new minimum annualized salary of $56,484 prorated by FTE. Postdoc appointments may be renewed on a year-to-year basis for not more than four (4) years after the initial appointment, whereupon their employment as a postdoc at the UA terminates.
