Special guest Cindy Davis (University of Arizona Life and Work Connections) recognized more than 12 ALVSCE teams from across the state who participated in the 8-week MOVE ARIZONA workplace movement initiative, which concluded on April 23. Competing in this year's MOVE ARIZONA program were teams from Career and Academic Services, Pinal County Cooperative Extension, the School of Animal and Comparative Biomedical Sciences, ALVSCE Administration, Cochise County Cooperative Extension, Gila County Cooperative Extension, Pinal County Cooperative Extension, and the Norton School of Human Ecology. Congratulations to all teams for completing the program!
Davis, an alumnus of the School of Nutritional Sciences and Wellness, also thanked the staff and faculty who have volunteered as Wellness Ambassadors for their departments, including Taylor Grogg (Division Business Services), who shared more about what it means to serve in this capacity.
