If you have a question, comment, or concern having to do with the Division of Agriculture, Life and Veterinary Sciences and Cooperative Extension (ALVSCE) then look no further than Grapevine

Grapevine is your resource to submit questions, comments, and concerns –even if you want to remain anonymous– and we will ensure it gets addressed!  Any employee within the division (this include CALS, Cooperative Extension and AES) can use Grapevine, whether you’re a staff member, appointed professional, or faculty member.  When you submit a question to Grapevine, an email is automatically generated to the Assistant Director of Organizational Effectiveness, and they route the question to the most appropriate person or group to respond to that question.  If you include your name and email address, you will receive a direct reply to your question or comment in addition to the question being posted on the Previous Questions & Answers page.

Previous questions have been answered by Vice President Burgess, Associate Dean Staten, internal Human Resource partners, and more.  We’ve addressed topics ranging from minimum qualifications for positions to changing travel policies to building security.  All previous questions and answers are shared on the Previous Questions & Answers page, to ensure that all employees benefit from the answers, and so folks can get their answers even if they want to remain anonymous.

In support of our foundational goal, to be the most sought-after place to be part of, we want to ensure our division is as transparent as possible, which is why we developed this tool back in 2017.  We will respond to any question and share as much as possible, with the exception of personnel and legally-restricted matters.
