Balances 

• Archive of Unit Quarterly Available Funds Reports
  Unit Quarterly Available Funds reports are higher-level summaries of available funds in units, including unit-level commitments to more accurately reflect balances. 
• Financial Lifesaver Reports
  Commonly referred to as "Lifesavers," the collection of reports reflect funds that are available, encumbered (encumbrances), regulated, and more. 

Budget 

• ALVSCE Business Retreats
  ALVSCE hosts a Business Retreat at least once each year and posts the materials from them for faculty and staff to be able to view 
• CALES Budget Red/Green and CALES All Funds 
  Commonly referred to as "Red/Green," a high-level summary of the college budget across all funds.

Accounts 

• Your Accounts 
  Lookup Account Numbers that you officially supervise. 

Balances 

• Monthly Financial Statements for All Accounts by Account Supervisor 
  These statements provide balances, financial transactions, and personnel expenditures per month. NOTE: We are working to update the balances section to reflect FY25 Spending Authority for unrestricted accounts (state and most cash accounts). 

Spending 

• Financial Transactions 
  Lookup transactions for Accounts, Sub Accounts, and Project Codes. This is a more tailored version of General Financial Management's Transactions.
